Brad Rendle

A critical and natural systems thinker with entrepreneurship in his DNA, Brad Rendle has devoted his life and career to helping leaders and organizations reshape the way they respond to the internal and external dynamics and challenges they, and the systems-at-large within which
they operate, face.

In recent years, he has come to appreciate the lessons from nature as a living and dynamic system in informing his works. Lessons for all of us for that matter. He has also come to recognize the value that personally formative events and challenges over in these times, requiring inner awareness and resilience.

Brad has years of experience working with entrepreneurs, business principals, inventors, CEOs, senior management, and boards of directors of SMEs, synthesizing imagination with sound business principles and profits.

He has been there both as a CEO and working with Boards and executive teams, thus bringing both an experienced and consultative perspective to leadership challenges and demands. A creative systems thinker, he has a natural ability to see beyond obvious horizons to create resonant systems approaches and solutions to business opportunities or dilemmas.

His skills and passions include curating and connecting original thinkers and doers to deliver solutions to complex problems. He has worked with cross-cultural, geographic, and generational teams – in person and virtually – for over two decades.

While practical and results-oriented, Brad’s academic background provides a unique value-added perspective to business, organizations, innovation, technology transfer, and venture creation. He is an elective convener and manager of resources and business ecosystems across boundaries of geography, culture, and specialty.
 

Brad Rendle has earned an MPhil jointly from the Judge Business School and the Department of Land Economy, University of Cambridge; Graduate Studies in Chinese Business from School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London; International Relations and Regional & Urban Planning at the London School of Economics (LSE); and a B.A. from Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine.


He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) and a dual US-UK citizen.
