Enterprise Strategy
With Enterprise Strategy support, you’ll receive strategic consulting for a single organization or self-organized group for a defined time period—either 3, 6, or 12 months.
During this engagement, I will collaborate with your organization or team to reveal and unlock barriers standing in the way of alignment and growth.
I will begin by assessing an enterprise or challenge from an “outside-in” perspective, then will work to develop and implement an “inside-out” plan that focuses on the success of the whole, not simply the individual parts of a business or organization.
To do this, I will follow the Assess, Advise, Assist process to illuminate the holistic view of your context, offer strategic advice that will help you break through internal and external barriers, and provide actionable assistance to help you bring it all to life.
