Interim CEO

How can we stabilize and turn our company's performance around?

Situation

A water technology company was facing significant challenges in its market, including organizational roadblocks, difficulty with its revenue and cost structure, declining channel dynamics, and company culture complexity. Despite its 15-year history, a major turnaround was necessary to recoup the business.

Solution

The Holism Group began the engagement by proposing a new strategic vision, new digital-first business model, new R&D and product development model and process, and strategic partnership approach. To achieve what was essentially an overhaul, the company enlisted The Holism Group Founder, Brad Rendle, to act as Interim CEO to implement these challenging yet vital initiatives.

Ultimately, the changes were successfully put into place, stabilizing the company. Additionally, Brad managed recruitment of a change team, development of the digital platform, and facilitated the CEO role transition.
